This policy explains what personal information Apecamo collects, why we collect it, how we keep it safe and how you can get it removed. We keep it deliberately short because we only collect what we need to send you an order.
Who we are
Apecamo is an independent online streetwear store operated from 625 West Side Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07304, United States. For any privacy question, write to info@apecamo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
What we collect

What we do not collect
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes or bank account details. All payments run through PayPal, which handles your financial data under its own privacy policy. We never ask for your password by email or WhatsApp.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work — keeping your cart and wishlist intact, remembering your login session and keeping checkout secure. We also use limited analytics cookies to understand which pages people visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will break the cart and checkout.
Who we share data with
Only where needed to complete your order:
- Payment: PayPal, to issue and process your invoice.
- Delivery: the courier carrying your parcel, which receives your name, address and phone number.
- Hosting and email: our web host and transactional email provider, which store data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
- Legal: where we are required by law, a court order or a tax authority.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 7 years, because tax and accounting rules require it.
- Customer accounts: until you ask us to delete them.
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
- Enquiries and chat logs: 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Object to or restrict how we process your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these, email info@apecamo.com. We will confirm within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA)
We do not sell personal information. California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months and request its deletion, by emailing info@apecamo.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data security
Our store runs over HTTPS, passwords are hashed rather than stored in readable form, and access to order data is limited to the people who pack and ship your parcel. No online system is completely secure, but we take these steps seriously and review them regularly.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be announced by email.
