These terms govern your use of apecamo.com and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. Please read the section on replicas before you buy — it matters.

1. About us

2. What we sell — please read this

Apecamo sells replica and brand-inspired streetwear. We are an independent reseller and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by any of the original brands whose designs we reference, including A Bathing Ape (BAPE), Trapstar, Travis Scott / Cactus Jack, Comme des Garçons, Neighborhood or Undefeated.

Brand names, logos and product names appear on this site solely to describe the design a garment is inspired by. No claim of authenticity is made or implied. Our products are not genuine branded goods and should never be represented as such when resold.

If you are looking for authentic retail products, please buy directly from the brand or an authorised stockist.

3. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or taxes charged by your own country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

Where a sale price is shown, the crossed-out figure is our own previous selling price, not a manufacturer’s suggested retail price.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order does not take payment. Our checkout records your order and reserves the stock, then emails you a PayPal invoice. Your order becomes binding once that invoice is paid. If the invoice remains unpaid for 7 days the order is cancelled automatically and the stock released.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. In that case you are charged nothing.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, rates and customs rules are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supply.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our 14-day return and exchange policy is set out in Returns & Exchanges, which forms part of these terms. Statutory rights in your country of residence are not affected.

7. Product descriptions and images

We work hard to describe every item accurately, but colours can vary between screens and measurements can vary slightly between production runs. Product photographs are of the actual item we ship. Minor variation in colour, stitching or tag placement is normal in this category and is not a defect.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate details — we cannot deliver to an address that does not exist, and an order returned because of an incorrect address is treated as a return.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, copy, resell or republish the content of this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, place fraudulent orders, or use it in breach of any applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

10. Intellectual property

The layout, text, photography and design of this website belong to Apecamo and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only descriptively.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption.

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier strikes, customs action, extreme weather or public health emergencies. We will tell you promptly if such an event affects your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Material changes will be announced on the site.
